GREENHOUSE

The additional greenhouse will expand the virus indexing program to fruit crops other than grapes.

HORTICULTURE DEMONSTRATION AREA
The demonstration area west of Highway 95 displays fruit and other horticultural crops with a pavilion for workshops and educational programs. A native plant garden is underway and a rain garden is proposed.

RESEARCH WINERY/FRUIT PROCESSING AND EDUCATION BUILDING (MVEC)
A renovation to the winery/fruit processing and education building will include connecting the two buildings by covering the dock area with an enclosed fence so it can be bonded. Additions to the building will provide a retail area and space for bottling the wine.

SHEPARD HALL RENOVATION
Renovation of the campus administration building will provide additional laboratories; the large laboratory on the first floor for entomology and fruit crop research, two areas downstairs for genetics work including the large laboratory with adjoining growth room and a graduate student data work room. A storage area in the basement will be remodeled to serve as a break/meeting room.
 
OLD DIRECTOR�S RESIDENCE/
STUDENT RESIDENCE HALL

Renovation will add bedrooms on the ground floor and an HVAC system on the second floor.

EAST BOUNDARY FENCE
A fence on the east side of the campus will define the boundary between the campus and the adjacent housing development.
